about the Progrm and Director

Northwestern Middle School Choruses

We have 3 choirs at Northwestern Middle School, one per grade level with close to 200 students participating most years. All choirs are non-auditioned. Any student at NMS is welcome to join.

The choirs at NMS have a long standing reputation for excellence. They consistently receive superior ratings at LGPE in both performance and sight-reading and are often invited to perform for community and state functions.

The NMS chorus LOVES to travel. We typically take several local field trips during the school year. The 8th Grade Chorus traditionally preforms at Walt Disney World in March, the 7th Grade Chorus goes to Carowinds in Charlotte, NC and the 6th Grade goes to Lake Winnie in Chattanooga, TN!

To join us please email Ms. Grant at grants@fultonschools.org
